Our Mission
At Green Pea Auto Dealer Training we strive to provide dealer education that exceeds the DMV requirements for pre-licensing education. We accomplish this by teaching you the laws and policies, current industry practices, and topics to ensure that our students have a sound understanding of the auto sales requirements, but most importantly be knowledgeable and aware of the successful practices of auto dealers.
Our education program is easy to learn with through the educational courses and training tools available. The programs are tailored for the dealer who is just starting in the auto sales industry and seeks knowledge from a veteran in the auto sales business with over 20+ years of experience.

WE ARE THE ONLY DMV approved education provider that the California community colleges offers to it's students and communities. you are receiving an auto dealer education program that meets the rigorous college standards of education and exceeds those standards that are offered by professional societies, organizations, trade associations, and other educational and technical programs that meet the requirements of the Department of Motor Vehicles (CVC 11704.5).

Our History
Wayne Williams founded Green Pea Auto Dealer Education in 2009, during his pursuit of law school, where he wanted to specialize in the automotive industry, after owning a retail auto dealership for many years. He has been dedicated to helping GREEN PEA auto dealers achieve their goals. He has created a program that has a solid proven track record of success, and is committed to continuing to provide quality and valuable education for years to come.
Your Instructor
Wayne Williams has 20+ years of experience as a used auto dealer, auto broker and auto wholesale dealer, personal lines insurance broker and agency owner. He is passionate about helping GREEN PEA auto dealers succeed in obtaining their auto dealer license and providing them with the necessary information and knowledge so they can begin their business.
